    Easy - Software for the integrated planning and calculation of lightweight surface structures

    Due to the engineering system Easy you'll find the optimal software solution for planning, design and calculation of lightweight surface structures.

    Easy is the market leader in the domain of lightweight surface structures planning and design.

    The sketch of free shapes, the static analysis and cutting pattern calculation for textile membranes and ETFE foils are supported in the Easy system.

    The simultaneous calculation of membrane or ETFE foil with stiff primary structure elements generally made-of steel ensure an economic and efficient material usage.

    The calculation of pneumatic structures like airhalls or foil cushions can be done with Easy very user-friendly: The possible allowance of different types of physical laws affords the accurate evaluation of the required material usage, which hence becomes optimal.

    Formfinding

    Opposite to the design of conventional structures a formfinding procedure is needed with respect to textile membrane surfaces because of the direct relationship between form and force distribution.

    The computational Formfinding requires an estimated flow of forces or stresses as an input value for the Formfinding procedure. The evaluation of the Easy Formfinding results is guaranteed by the software. Tools for the visualisation of force and stress distribution, contour-lines, slope lines for drainage, etc. are available.

    Easy allows also a Mixed Formfinding: stiff-elements are combined with the formfinding procedure in order to optimize the position of those elements in a balanced structure.

    Statics

    To check the behavior of lightweight structures under applied load it is necessary to perform static structural analyses on them.

    Due to the large deflections which this class of structure is inherently subject to, geometrically non-linear analysis software must be used.

    Additionally, given the large amount of data required to model all lightweight structure models, the graphical representation of the deformation, force and stress results must be able to be easily controlled to highlight the relevant data.

    The presentation of the results is performed by a Report Generator.

    Cutting Pattern Generation

    Cutting pattern generation is the process of creating planar cloth geometries from compound-curved minimal surfaces.

    This procedure is conceptually analogous to the problem of creating maps of the surface of the earth. Clearly, whatever technique is used, it is necessary to introduce distortions in order to achieve the desired result. However, it is common for more distortion than necessary to be applied, and for the distortion to be badly localized. Due to the enormous variety of patterning situations, strategies which, provide the highest quality patterns, require sophisticated monitoring of distortions.

    Geometrical Non-linear Beam Analysis
    The Easy.Beam module extends Easy.Stat through the provision of geometrically non-linear structural analysis frame elements.

    Easy.Beam is a holistic approach for the static analysis of hybrid truss structures including membranes. We notice that in this field the projects can be described only by a big number of elements and points.

    Easy.Beam uses algorithms developed especially for these problems (Hyper Sparse Algorithms) which minimize the storage and accelerate the speed of the computer: usual PC's are sufficient for large projects.

    Flexibility Elliposoids help to estimate the behaviour of these structures.

    Calculation of Pneumatic Structures

    The Formfinding procedure and the Statical Analysis of Pneumatic Structures can be performed with Easy.Form and Easy.Stat only as a first approximation because of the fact, that the external loads are conservative loads.

    Conservative loads do not change their size and direction during the loading procedure. The internal pressure in Pneumatic Structures is a value depending on the normal vector of the pneumatic system, therefore the use of non-changing conservative loads for the internal pressure can only be an approximation.

    现在基本什么软件都有破解的,好软件肯定是收费的,学习用你可以找找!
